M&H Living is a UK sofa business offering handmade sofas across a range of sizes, seating layouts, fabrics and colours.
Our sofas are handmade at our own Yorkshire workshop, and customers can also visit the M&H Living showroom in Bradford to view sofas and speak to our team about their requirements.
Our Approach to Sofas
We offer sofas for different room sizes and seating requirements, including straight sofas, sofa sets, corner sofas, L-shaped sofas, U-shaped sofas and home cinema seating.
Each product page shows the standard sizes, configurations, fabrics and colours currently available for that sofa, helping customers compare their options before ordering.
We also provide published sofa measurements, fabric swatches and access guidance to help customers make a more informed choice.
Handmade at Our Yorkshire Workshop
M&H sofas are handmade at our own workshop in Yorkshire.
Handmade production means that finished dimensions can vary slightly from the published measurements as a result of normal manufacturing tolerances.
Published measurements should therefore be used for product comparison, room planning and access checks rather than treated as exact engineering measurements.
Standard and Bespoke Sofa Options
M&H offers both standard product options and the ability to discuss certain bespoke requests.
A size, configuration, fabric or colour already shown as a selectable option on an individual product page is a standard M&H option.
A sofa is treated as bespoke where a customer requests an alteration to the standard dimensions, such as a different sofa length, or requests an upholstery fabric that is not part of the standard options offered for that sofa.
If you require a different sofa length or a fabric outside the listed range, contact M&H before ordering so your requested specification can be discussed.
Fabric and Colour Choices
Upholstery options vary by product. The fabrics and colours currently available for a sofa are shown on its individual product page.
M&H also offers fabric swatches so customers can compare colour and texture before choosing their upholstery.
Viewing a physical swatch can be particularly useful because lighting, screen settings and the surrounding room can affect how a fabric colour appears.
Compare Sofa Sizes Before Ordering
Choosing a sofa involves more than selecting a style or fabric. The published footprint should also be compared with the available floor space and the route into the room.
Customers should check relevant doorways, hallways, staircases, landings, lifts and other restricted parts of the access route before ordering.

Thorite House is our customer showroom and is separate from the M&H Yorkshire workshop where our sofas are handmade.

This gives customers an additional way to pay when purchasing a sofa. The payment options available for an order, together with any applicable eligibility requirements and provider terms, are shown during the purchasing process.
We do not state a fixed finance period, interest rate or approval guarantee here because the terms that apply depend on the payment option available to the customer.
10-Year Internal Frame Warranty
Eligible M&H sofas are covered by a 10-year commercial warranty on the internal frame against covered manufacturing defects and structural faults arising under normal domestic use.
The 10-year warranty applies to the internal frame and should not be interpreted as a 10-year warranty covering every sofa component.

M&H publishes separate information covering cancellations, eligible returns, refunds and warranty claims so customers can review the terms relevant to their order.
