What the MH Windsor looks like

The MH Windsor is a traditional fabric sofa with rolled scroll arms, nailhead stud trim on the arm fronts, a buttoned lower base panel and dark turned feet. The same details carry across all five layouts.

The same Windsor look is available as a 165 cm MH Windsor 2 Seater or 200 cm 3 Seater, with both sizes supplied as separate sofas in the 3+2 set. For a larger two-sided layout, choose the L Shape or Corner Sofa.

Windsor sizes and prices

As each M&H sofa is handmade, finished dimensions may vary slightly from the stated measurements as a result of normal manufacturing tolerances.

The 3+2 set is two separate sofas, so plan the space for the 200 cm and 165 cm pieces individually.

Windsor height and arm height

Every Windsor stands 90 cm high overall, with arms at 65 cm and a 45 cm seat height. Among our 2 seaters, it shares the tallest overall height with the MH Somerset.

Use the 90 cm figure when checking the sofa against windowsills, radiators, shelves or artwork on the wall behind it.

2 seater, 3 seater or 3+2 set?

The 2 Seater is 165 cm long and the 3 Seater adds 35 cm, at 200 cm. The 3+2 set gives you both as two matching sofas you can place independently.

Windsor L shape or corner?

The L Shape has a 250 × 170 cm footprint, with one longer side and a shorter return. You can order it Left Hand Facing or Right Hand Facing, so check which side the return needs to sit on in your room.

Fabrics, 44 colours and free swatches

Every Windsor comes in Plush Velvet, Chenille, Naple or Conistan, across 44 colours. Leather is not one of the Windsor options.

Colour and texture look different under your own lighting, so order free fabric swatches and compare them where the sofa will sit.

Measure the room and delivery route

Mark the footprint where the sofa will sit, then check it against doors, radiators, other furniture and the paths people take through the room.

Next, measure the delivery route at its narrowest points, including doorways, hallways, stairs, landings, lifts and any tight turns. Measure a doorway with the door fully open.

Every MH Windsor is handmade to order at our Yorkshire workshop. Delivery to mainland UK is free, and each product shows its current lead time.

The sizes, fabrics and colours you can select on each product page are the standard Windsor options. For a different length or a fabric outside the range, contact us before ordering and we will look at the request.
