They were immensely helpful even when I had come up with last minute changes through FaceTime, messages and calls and would always get back to me promptly. The delivery was prompt and seamless as well as the assembly of the sofas, leaving for a stress free receipt. The quality of the sofas have been incredible and give a bespoke luxurious element. They patiently answered all my questions, which was really nice. The sofa and bed were ready in a couple of weeks, and they were delivered and set up today. The quality of the sofas are extremely luxurious, they have a wide range of styles and designs to choose from. We customised our exact dimensions because we wanted compact sofas. They offered fast, free delivery and the customer service was the best I've ever seen. The lady Pakeza went above and beyond for us. How we build a sofa that lasts.
A sofa is the one piece of furniture a household negotiates with every day. It sets the seating plan of a room, decides how people face each other, and quietly absorbs the wear of ordinary evenings. That is why we build ours to order in Bradford rather than pulling stock from a container — frame, filling and fabric are chosen for the room the sofa is going into.
Every frame is kiln-dried hardwood, glued, screwed and corner-blocked so it holds its shape under daily use. Seats are built in three layers: a high-resilience foam core for support, a fibre wrap for the initial softness you feel when you sit down, and a fibre base that stops the cushion flattening into the frame. The result is a medium firmness that suits most households — enough give to relax into, enough support to get back out of.
Fabric is where most of the decision happens. We hold 55 colours across six weaves, including pet-friendly tight-woven options that brush clean, plush velvets for formal rooms, and hard-wearing chenilles for family spaces. Order free swatches if you want to see them in your own light before committing — colours read differently under north-facing windows than under showroom lighting.
Sizing is flexible. Standard configurations run from a single seater through to U shapes, and corner sofas can be ordered left or right hand facing depending on which wall the chaise needs to sit against. If a standard size does not fit, we build to your measurements at no design fee — send through the dimensions of the space and we will confirm what works.
Delivery across the UK is free and made by our own two-person team, who assemble the sofa in the room it belongs in and take the packaging away. Frames carry a ten-year warranty. If you would rather sit on something before you buy it, the Bradford showroom is open Monday to Saturday and walk-ins are welcome.
