Choose your Amelia layout

The 2, 3 and 4 seaters are 160, 195 and 235 cm long. The 3+2 set gives you two separate matching sofas, while the L Shape and Corner Sofa extend the seating in two directions.

The same slim piped arms, tapered black legs and clean mid-century lines carry across all six layouts.

Amelia sizes and prices

Every Amelia is 80 cm high with a 45 cm seat height, and the straight sofas, 3+2 set and Corner are all 90 cm deep.

As each M&H sofa is handmade, finished dimensions may vary slightly from the stated measurements as a result of normal manufacturing tolerances.

The 3+2 set is two sofas you can place wherever suits the room, so plan the 195 cm and 160 cm pieces separately. For the L Shape, 235 × 150 cm is the full footprint including the chaise.

Amelia L shape or corner sofa

The L Shape has a 235 × 150 cm footprint, with the chaise available on the left or right. Left Hand Facing puts the chaise on your left as you stand facing the sofa. It costs £1,399.99 on its own or £1,749.99 with the matching footstool.

The Corner has two equal 235 cm sides, so there is no left or right hand to choose. At 235 × 235 cm, it is one of the smallest corner sofas in our range, alongside Clara.

Fabrics and 44 colours

Every Amelia comes in Plush Velvet, Chenille, Naple or Conistan, across 44 colours.

Colour and texture look different under your own lighting, so order free fabric swatches and compare them where the sofa will sit.

Measure the room and delivery route

Mark the footprint where the sofa will sit, then check it against walls, doors, radiators, other furniture and the paths people take through the room.

Next, measure the delivery route at its narrowest points, including doorways, hallways, stairs, landings, lifts and any turn where the sofa has to change direction.

Made to order in Yorkshire

Every Amelia is handmade to order at our Yorkshire workshop. All six layouts currently have a 21 to 25 day lead time, and delivery to mainland UK is free.

The sizes, fabrics and colours you can select on each product page are the standard Amelia options. For a different length or a fabric outside the range, contact us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
