What the M&H Soho looks like

The M&H Soho has large rolled arms with a row of buttoned tufting along the top of each arm and gathered fabric on the arm fronts. Loose back cushions are topped with scatter cushions, the seat cushions are piped, and a plain base sits on short silver chrome feet. Together, these details help identify the M&H Soho among the different sofas sold under the Soho name.

The same look carries across all five layouts, from the Soho 2 Seater to the Soho Corner Sofa.

Soho sizes and prices

Every Soho is listed at 90 cm deep and 85 cm high, with a 61 cm arm height and a 45 cm seat height, so the size difference between them is length or footprint.

Soho 2 seater, 3 seater or 3+2 set

The Soho 2 Seater is 152 cm long and the 3 Seater is 180 cm, so the 3 Seater adds 28 cm. The 152 cm 2 Seater and 180 cm 3 Seater are each tied for the shortest length in their M&H size collections, which can help when space is limited by a doorway, radiator or chimney breast.

Soho L shape or corner, and the footstool option

The L Shape covers 212 × 164 cm, with one longer run and a chaise. You can order it Left Hand Facing or Right Hand Facing, and Left Hand Facing puts the chaise on your left as you stand facing the sofa. It costs £724.99 on its own or £1,074.99 with a matching footstool. The Soho Foot Stool is also sold on its own at £349.99.

Four fabrics, 44 colours and free swatches

Every Soho comes in Plush Velvet, Chenille, Naple or Conistan, and across those four fabrics the range is available in 44 colours. On the Soho product pages, Plush Velvet is labelled a pet-friendly weave.

Colour and texture can look different under your own lighting, so order free fabric swatches and compare them where the sofa will sit, in daylight and in the evening.

Made to order in Yorkshire

Every Soho is handmade to order at our Yorkshire workshop, so we start making your sofa after you place your order with your chosen layout, fabric and colour. All five layouts currently have a lead time of 10 to 14 days, and delivery to mainland UK is free.

The sizes, fabrics and colours you can select on each product page are the standard Soho options. For a different length or a fabric outside the range, contact us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.

Soho sofa questions

Is the M&H Soho the same as other Soho sofas?

The M&H Soho is M&H Living's Soho sofa range, handmade to order in Yorkshire with buttoned rolled arms and silver chrome feet. Other brands and retailers also use the Soho name for different sofas, so the sizes, prices and options on this page apply only to ours.

How is the Soho different from the MH Somerset?

The MH Somerset shares the Soho's 152 cm and 180 cm straight lengths and its 212 × 164 cm L Shape, but it has plain, low, softly rounded arms. The Soho has larger rolled arms with buttoned tufting along the top.

Is there a Soho loveseat, armchair, 4 seater or sofa bed?

No. The smallest Soho is the 152 cm 2 Seater, and the range also includes the 180 cm 3 Seater, the 3+2 set, the L Shape and the Corner Sofa. If you want something smaller than a two-seater, browse our love seats.

Will a Soho fit through my doorway and hallway?

Measure the delivery route at its narrowest points, including doorways, hallways, stairs, landings, lifts and any tight turns, and measure the usable clear opening of each doorway with the door fully open. The 3+2 set consists of two separate sofas. If access looks close, send us the Soho layout and your route measurements before ordering.

Where do you deliver, and will a Soho get through my door?

Delivery is free across mainland UK. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands may have limited availability, longer timeframes or extra conditions. The straight Soho sofas are 90 cm deep and 85 cm high, so check those figures against the narrowest doorway, hallway and stair turn on the way in, and contact us before ordering if the route looks tight.

Can I see a Soho before ordering?

Display stock can vary, so call us before travelling to ask whether a Soho is currently on display. Our Bradford showroom is open 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm at weekends.

What warranty applies to a Soho sofa?

Eligible Soho sofas are covered by M&H Living's 10-year commercial warranty on the internal frame only, subject to the warranty terms and claim assessment. An accepted claim covers the affected part rather than automatically replacing the whole sofa.
