Start with the type of sofa your room needs. The current entry prices within this collection differ by configuration, so a two-seater gives you the lowest starting price while larger layouts require a higher budget.

Choose the Right Sofa Size and Layout
An affordable sofa is not one standard size. Start with the layout your room can accommodate, then choose the design within that category. A 2 seater sofa uses less wall space than its matching three-seater, while a 3+2 sofa set gives you two separate sofas that can be positioned independently.
An L shape sofa combines a longer seating run with a chaise-style return, while an M&H corner sofa uses an equal-sided corner layout. Compare the actual footprint of each, because two large sofas can use the same room quite differently.

Measure the Room and the Delivery Route
Room fit and delivery access are two separate checks. Measure the space where the sofa will sit first, including enough room for doors, radiators, tables and normal movement around the furniture.
Then check the complete route into the room. Doorways, hallways, stairs, landings, lifts and tight turns can all become the narrowest point. Height and depth are the first check, and turning space and the diagonal of each tight doorway matter too as the sofa is carried in.

Fabric Options Vary by Design
Fabric choice depends on the sofa range you select, so not every affordable design is offered in every M&H fabric. Check the selector on the individual product page for the standard fabrics and colours currently available for that sofa.
Jumbo Cord can cause some confusion because it is both a fabric name and the name of an M&H sofa range. The Jumbo Cord sofa is also available in other listed fabrics, including Naple and Conistan, so choosing that design does not automatically mean choosing cord upholstery.
Colour and texture can look different in your own room from how they appear on a screen. Order free fabric swatches and compare them in daylight and artificial light before choosing your upholstery.
