At M&H Living, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and efficient delivery of your new sofa. Please read through our delivery policy below to understand how we handle deliveries, timelines, and special requests.
1. Delivery Timeline
We offer free delivery within 10 to 14 working days after your order is confirmed and your sofa is ready for shipment.

Delivery Schedule: Our delivery team will contact you once your sofa is ready for delivery to confirm your availability and finalize a suitable delivery time.

Delivery Times: We aim to deliver your sofa within the stated timeline, but please note that delays may occur in exceptional circumstances. If there are any delays, we will keep you informed.
2. Delivery Areas
We offer delivery to most locations within the country. However, please note:

National Delivery: We deliver to all major cities and towns.

Exclusions: Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may not be eligible for delivery, but we will notify you if that’s the case before confirming your order.
3. Delivery to Ground Floor Only
For safety, logistical reasons, and complications that may arise during delivery, we are currently only able to deliver to the ground floor.

No Lift Access: If your building does not have a lift, our team will not be able to deliver your sofa above the ground floor.

Stairs: If stairs are involved, delivery will still be restricted to the ground floor. Please inform us of any stair access or delivery obstacles in advance.
4. Delivery Team & Assembly

Assembly Service: We offer assembly for an additional charge of £50. Our team will assemble your sofa and ensure everything is set up to your satisfaction.

Unpacking: If you’ve opted for assembly, our team will also unpack your sofa for you. If assembly is not required, we will still ensure your sofa is delivered in perfect condition.
5. Delivery Notifications

Tracking & Updates: Once your sofa is ready for delivery, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery time. You will be provided with all necessary details about your delivery.

Day-of Delivery: On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a call from our delivery team to confirm the estimated delivery window.
6. Special Delivery Instructions
If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., narrow hallways, difficult access), please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We want to ensure the delivery goes as smoothly as possible.
7. What to Expect During Delivery
When your sofa arrives:

Delivery Timeframe: The delivery team will contact you ahead of time with an estimated time of arrival.

Unpacking: If you’ve chosen assembly, we will carefully unpack your sofa for you and assist with setup. If you’ve opted for standard delivery, the sofa will be brought to your doorstep.
Condition Check: Upon delivery, please check the sofa for any visible damage before accepting the delivery. If there’s any damage, please inform our team immediately.
